Objective : The two
years Distance Learning Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Total Quality Management
conducted by The Global Open University, Nagaland has been designed for meeting
the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of management and
administration, public policy, quality policy and planning, auditing,
certification, inspection besides TQM in banking and financial services,
hospital and medical services, hospitality and tourism industry, manufacturing
and service sector, printing and publications, graphic technology, documentation
etc.
Eligibility : Graduates of any discipline Duration : Two years
Award : Master of Science (M.Sc.) with specialisation in Total Quality
Management shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by The Global Open
University, Nagaland. They will also be eligible for admission in the M.Phil.

Examination Fee : A fee of
Rs. 150 per paper is to be paid before appearing in the Annual Examinations.
Master's Thesis : All
admitted students are required to submit a Master's Thesis at the end of 2nd
year.
